If you recognise two or more of these, they are fixable, and fixing them is most of the first month's work.
If you do, we should talk. If you do not, we will say so on the call rather than take the work.
Not a match? Say so on the call — we would rather be upfront than take on work we cannot do properly.
We look at your business, your current advertising performance, your market and your budget — then tell you honestly how we would help and what the next step looks like.

A twelve-day recorded window, reported exactly as the account shows it.
Account screenshots exactly as they came out of Google Ads and Shopify. They are not labelled with client names — nothing in the files says which account each belongs to, and a real screenshot under the wrong brand would be worse than one under none. Only what is legible on screen is stated.

Day-to-day management of the largest account in the portfolio — roughly $90,000 a month moving through it, supporting around $700,000 a month in revenue.

Full ongoing management of the account — structure, bidding, budgets, search terms and optimisation — run against your commercial goals rather than platform-reported vanity metrics.
The campaigns that carry most ecommerce accounts, optimised at product level rather than campaign level — because Shopping performance is usually a feed and structure problem first.
Search campaigns built on genuine commercial intent, with search-term analysis run continuously so the budget stops funding queries that were never going to convert.
A build from scratch, or a written audit of an existing account covering structure, tracking, conversion setup, search terms and targeting — with the priority fixes ranked.
For service businesses that need a reliable flow of enquiries: campaigns judged on qualified leads and cost per acquisition, not on form fills that go nowhere.
GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking set up and verified, because every decision made after this one depends on the numbers being right.
Each of these is a defined piece of work at a published price, delivered on its own. None of them commits you to ongoing management.
From $270
A written review of the account — structure, tracking, conversion setup, search terms, targeting and landing pages — with the priority fixes ranked. You keep the document whether or not we work together.
From $300
A suspended Merchant Center account diagnosed and worked back to approval — policy issues, feed problems, website requirements and the appeal itself.
$75
A paid video call on a specific problem — ecommerce marketing, strategy, search, social or video. For when you want an answer rather than an engagement.

“Muhammad worked on our Google Ads and Merchant Center account for about six months, and he left it in much better shape than he found it. He cleaned up conversion tracking that had been badly broken, so the account now bids on a single, accurate purchase signal. He also resolved our Merchant Center disapprovals, tightened country targeting to the markets we actually sell in, and stopped budget from leaking into campaigns that couldn't return anything. He was reliable and easy to work with.”
“Working with Hamza again was a great experience and definitely not the last time. He is highly committed, always available when questions come up, and genuinely wants you to succeed. I'm especially grateful that he managed to turn around a severely damaged Google Ads account that multiple agencies had messed up and brought it back on track when it honestly seemed hopeless. Thanks for everything, highly recommended.”
“Excellent communications skills and knowledge of Google advertising! He helped turn our Adwords account around and helped us maintain a healthy ROAS. Overall he was a pleasure to work with and an excellent communicator. Muhammad ran our account as if it were his own brand and took the results to heart.”
“Hamza is REALLY Good at what he does. His passion for testing many things to bring the best profit on an account is the best I've seen (and I've worked with many freelancers and agencies). Great communicator and helped me understand what was going on on the campaign and why. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Will definitely work with him again. If you're looking for a google ad expert, look no further than this guy!”
“Hamza helped us with our Shoe store advertising. He did an excellent job and our ROAS continued to climb weekly. Hamza had a lot working against him including a lack of inventory on some of our better-selling products, but he continued to show repeatedly that he could prove value in his work. Our company highly recommends Hamza and plans to collaborate with him in the future!”
“Muhammad and his team have been exceptional in managing our Google Ads campaigns. Their strategic, thoughtful approach and ability to scale slowly but effectively resulted in an incredible ROAS during sales season. Communication was seamless — they were always responsive and available for any adjustments or questions. The professionalism, attention to detail, and results they delivered exceeded our expectations.”
“Muhammad is an exceptional freelancer for Google Ads. His expertise and attention to detail have significantly boosted our campaign performance. His strategic insights and ability to optimize ad spend have led to increased click-through rates and conversions. Muhammad's communication skills and professionalism make him a pleasure to work with.”
“If you need a PPC expert, Muhammad is your person. He has greatly helped us launch our products and consistency increase sales.”
“We ended the contract only because we hired a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in house. It was a pleasure working with him. He was always available as we had him on our WhatsApp. He listened to our concerns, adjusted and explained very well about what and why he was doing. I am not going to talk about his technical skills because they are supposed to be good anyway. But the best thing about him is his communication skills and making you feel you are in good hands.”
“Working with Muhammad on our Google Adwords account was an absolute delight. His consistent communication regarding progress and account updates each week was truly commendable. Within just a few months, Muhammad managed to deliver some remarkable results for us. His collaborative approach made the entire experience effortless, and he skillfully structured our accounts for maximum benefit.”
“We've worked with Hamza twice now, and each time has been a great experience. He and his team managed our Google Ads account with a high level of professionalism and clear, measurable success. The campaigns were not only well-structured but also highly profitable. Communication was smooth, and he always delivered on time. We're already planning to work together again in the future.”
We review the account, conversion tracking, campaign structure, keywords, search terms, bidding, targeting and landing pages — to identify where budget is being wasted and where performance can improve. Merchant Center and the product feed too, where they are relevant.
Based on the audit, a clear strategy around your business goals — whether the priority is generating qualified leads, increasing sales, improving ROAS or reducing CPA. The highest-priority fixes get ranked before anything is changed.
Continuous optimisation of keywords, search terms, negative keywords, ads, audiences, bidding strategies, budgets and campaign settings — to cut wasted spend and lift performance. No random changes: data, testing, then decisions.
Accurate tracking is not optional. Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, lead tracking, call tracking and conversion actions are aligned, so every optimisation decision rests on data you can trust.
Once the profitable campaigns, keywords, products, audiences and offers are identified, the focus moves to scaling them — while keeping CPA, ROAS and overall profitability in view.
Profit Lab UK does not guarantee a specific ROAS, revenue figure, profit amount or lead volume — and you should be wary of anyone who does. Advertising performance depends on your offer, market, website, pricing, competition, tracking, budget and several other things that sit outside campaign management. What we will commit to in writing is how the work is done, and that is a promise we can actually keep.
We generally look for a minimum of around $300 a month in ad spend, and most of our clients sit between $5,000 and $100,000+ a month across platforms. Smaller budgets can still make sense depending on the business and the goal — we will tell you honestly on the call whether management is worth it at your level.
The entry tier is $500 a month and covers Google Ads management, campaign monitoring, optimisation, search-term analysis, bidding and budget adjustments, reporting and ongoing account management. It is a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of spend. There is no separate setup fee unless the account needs substantial additional build work, and that would be agreed before anything starts.
No. We do not guarantee a specific ROAS, revenue figure, profit amount or lead volume. Performance depends on your offer, market, website, pricing, competition, tracking and budget — things that sit outside campaign management. What we commit to is professional management, regular optimisation, transparent reporting and delivery of the agreed scope.
Some technical and campaign improvements land within the first few days or weeks. Meaningful performance change depends on the account, the budget, conversion volume, the market and where you are starting from. We prefer an initial three-month commitment because that is genuinely how long it takes to set up, test, optimise and properly evaluate an account.
Both. We take over and restructure existing accounts, and we build new ones. If you already have an account, week one is a full review of structure, tracking, conversions, search terms and targeting before anything is changed.
That is a large part of the work. Most accounts we inherit have structural problems — campaigns that exist for no reason, bidding working against itself, search terms nobody has looked at in months. The audit identifies them and ranks the fixes by what will actually move the number.
Yes. Feed and Merchant Center work — titles, attributes, availability, disapprovals — is part of the Shopping and Performance Max service, because Shopping performance is usually a feed problem before it is a bidding problem.
Yes, and we would rather do it before touching campaigns. Proper tracking is preferred from the start, but if yours is broken or missing we will identify and fix it — every decision after that point depends on the numbers being right.
Both. We work with ecommerce brands that have an established website and catalogue, and with service businesses that need a reliable lead-generation system. Across the portfolio that includes ecommerce, healthcare, jewellery, fashion, furniture, home services, automotive, property and consumer products.
Yes — Meta and Microsoft Ads as well as Google. Google Ads is the core of the work and where most of the eight years of experience sits, but we run the others where they genuinely support the same commercial goal.
Weekly or monthly, whichever suits you. Reports cover the KPIs agreed with you — conversions, qualified leads, CPA, ROAS, conversion value, CTR, CPC and spend — along with campaign performance, what was optimised and what happens next.
Your website and business details, your current advertising situation, target locations, approximate monthly ad spend, your main goals and any specific problems you are hitting. Then account access for Google Ads, analytics and Merchant Center where relevant. Your accounts stay in your own billing and ownership throughout.
