Filters Mart
Ecommerce retailer with a large replacement-part catalogue
Over a recorded period · Mid-size ecommerce, the largest recorded spend of the four smaller accounts
The situation
Filters Mart sells into a category where the buyer usually knows exactly which part they need and is comparing on availability and price. That makes product structure and competitor positioning the levers that matter, rather than brand-building or broad audience work.
What we did
- Built the account around Performance Max with a deliberate product structure
- Ran competitor campaigns as a separate, separately-judged line of attack
- Restructured the catalogue so a large part range stayed manageable
- Reported the competitor campaign on its own so its performance stayed visible
What came back
Over a recorded period, £2,400.30 of spend generated £7,480.21 in conversion value — a 3.12× return overall. The competitor Performance Max campaign inside that account reached 4.37×, which is the more interesting figure: the deliberately targeted spend outperformed the account it sat in.
